A game studio in everyone's hands.
Making a great mobile game still takes a studio, years, and an engine built for specialists. We're tearing that open. We're building an AI-native game engine — and the agents that drive it — so anyone can build real, native, high-performance games that scale and actually make money. Come build it with us.
Mobile games are a $150bn+ industry, and almost none of the tooling is built for the people who could be making them. The engines are heavy, the knowledge is specialist, the path from idea to a polished, shippable game is brutal. So most great game ideas never get made.
We think that's about to change. AI can do the heavy lifting of building a game — if it has the right engine underneath it. So we're building that engine in TypeScript, the language AI writes best, and the agentic pipeline on top of it that takes a game from idea to the App Store. People bring the taste; the machine brings the speed. The result is real game-making, in everyone's hands.
It's a hard problem and a genuinely new one. That's the point.
How we work
Open roles
2 open · LondonYou'll be one of our first engineers, building the heart of the company: the TypeScript game engine, the AI-first API our agents build games against, and the platform that ships and runs them. It's mostly hard problem-solving, systems building, and architecture, with AI woven through everything. You won't be solving the hardest problems alone — we lean on a strong bench of advisors for the deep specialist calls — but you'll own real systems from day one.
- Build core engine and runtime systems in TypeScript that render real games natively on iOS and Android.
- Design the AI-first API surface our agents use to generate complete, great-feeling games.
- Push performance hard — smooth frame rates and fast load even on low-end Android.
- Take systems from blank page to live, and keep raising the quality bar as we go.
- Someone hungry who ships— you've built real, finished things people can use, and you want to bet your next few years on something that could be huge rather than optimise for title or comfort.
- Exceptional with TypeScript and deeply fluent in React(React Native ideal; if you're brilliant and new to it, you'll get there fast).
- Someone who lives in AI tools and has real opinions on where they help.
- A builder energised by ambiguity who creates the conditions rather than waiting for them.
- Based in (or moving to) London, up for building in person.
- You've shipped games, real-time graphics, or performance-critical mobile apps.
- You've worked on engines, physics, or rendering.
- You've built things for fun in game jams.
